Stephen J. LeBlanc
Stephen J. LeBlanc is the Executive Vice President of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and the Executive Director of New England Alliance for Health.
Mr. LeBlanc joined Dartmouth-Hitchcock in 1987 and has served in various senior leadership roles in operations, finance, and contracting. Most recently, Mr. LeBlanc was the Chief Operating Officer for Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic. In years prior, he served as Senior Vice President for Contracting and Regional Operations and was responsible for coordinating DHMC’s regional planning efforts and overseeing community practice operations. Before coming to Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Mr. LeBlanc served as a supply corps officer in the Unites States Navy, working primarily for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program in Washington, D.C.
Mr. LeBlanc received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, where he was captain of the soccer team. He is a graduate of the United States Navy’s Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island, and the United States Navy’s Supply Corps School in Athens, Georgia.
