Steven Paris, MD
Steven Paris, MD, is the Medical Director for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester. After graduating with honors from Harvard University in 1970, he earned his medical degree with honors from Duke University Medical School in 1974. Dr. Paris completed his pediatric training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia from 1974 to 1977 and has been Board certified since 1979.
Dr. Paris has over 25 years experience in medical management of multispecialty group practices, including Health Plan negotiations and risk contracts, implementation and planning for electronic systems, hospital and medical group mergers and affiliations and creating new ways for access to care for vulnerable populations.
He serves on the boards of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, of which he is chairman, Child Health Services, and Heritage United Way. He is also a member of several community organizations, including the Healthy Manchester Leadership Committee, the Manchester Sustainable Action Project, and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
