Cooking for One or Two

"Cooking for One or Two" is a healthy eating based cooking class which shares healthy recipes that people of any age will find appealing and nutritious. The focus will be on demnstrating the preparation of healthy food that can add variety to your diet. There will also be an explanation of what makes each dish healthy.
(Samples will be provided, but may not be adequate to substitue for a meal.)
