The Upper Valley Dancing with Parkinson's classes are inspired by the acclaimed Dance for PD® program offered by the Mark Morris Dance Group in Brooklyn, NY. Enjoy creative movement to music, camaraderie and laughter. No dance experience is needed, and classes are free.

Our dance classes are open to all with Parkinson's and other movement disorders or difficulties. Family, friends and care partners are encouraged to participate. Attend one class or weekly. Read more about our dance classes and watch a video.
