Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment without reminiscing the past and anticipating the future, while noticing your judgment. This drop-in Mindfulness class welcomes people who have already been introduced to mindfulness practices and looking for opportunities to practice Mindfulness. The Drop-in Mindfulness class will be available on five Wednesdays from August 2 to 30 from 12pm to 1pm at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Aging Resource Center. The participants will practice 30 to 45 minute mindfulness activities guided by instructor and discuss about mindfulness practices afterwards to exchange their experiences and observations on Mindfulness practices.
No registration is required. You can attend just one class or all six classes.
