This training class is sponsored by the Upper Valley Public Health Region in association with the Upper Valley Medical Reserve Corps.

This free training class will teach techniques to control bleeding caused by a traumatic event. The program is designed to educate lay persons on proper use of tourniquets and clotting compounds. This program was developed by the Hartford Consensus in response to the school shootings in Newton, CT.
