Gentle Chair Yoga

This free class is offered weekly at DHMC. It is open to all abilities. No prior experience with yoga is necessary and it is perfect for anyone who is looking to start getting their body active.
Chair yoga can help to:
- Improve your blood glucose control, blood pressure, range of motion, balance, flexibility, mindful awareness and emotional wellbeing.
- Decrease your pain, stress, falls and sad feelings.
- Build your strength, lean body mass, resiliency and breath awareness.
