Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: Free Introduction

Bring your open mind and curiosity to experience an hour of mindfulness. Facilitator Melissa Laverack will give you a taste of the mindfulness based stress reduction class, as well as answer questions that you may have before committing to 8 weeks of self care.
Please note that this introduction is a prerequisite for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction series starting on January 20th.
