Welcome to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, a multi-specialty, community group practice that serves the healthcare needs of people living in the greater Concord, New Hampshire area. We provide basic (primary) and specialty care to people of all ages, from infants to senior citizens. We are affiliated with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, the top teaching and specialty-care hospital in the state.
