The digestive system includes the esophagus (swallowing tube), the stomach, the intestines, the liver, the gallbladder, and the pancreas. The digestive system is also known as the gastrointestinal, or GI, system.
Our Department of Gastroenterology examines patients with abdominal pain, and diagnoses and treats all digestive system disorders. We work with other specialists at GI Associates of New Hampshire to provide state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technologies for digestive health issues.
