If you have been diagnosed with a condition such as high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, acid reflux (heartburn), obesity, or an eating disorder, your doctor may refer you to the Nutrition Counseling Program. This Concord Hospital program is located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord.
Dietitians meet with patients on an individual basis to discuss eating plans, wellness, weight management, and the science of food and nutrition. These discussions are aimed at speeding your recovery and restoring your health.
