Community Needs Assessment

The state of New Hampshire requires all non-profit healthcare organizations to complete or update a community needs assessment every five years, and develop a community benefits plan within 90 days of the end of its fiscal year.

The Community Needs Assessment (PDF, 172k) focuses on the collection of quantitative data and qualitative findings to assess the health care needs of the Capital Region (greater Concord area) in 2003.

Community assessment partners included Concord Hospital, Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., and Community Provider Network of Central New Hampshire.
