Urgent Care and Emergencies

Office Hours

  • Standard office hours for all locations are:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • In addition, some locations offer overflow weekday appointment times or weekend hours for urgent appointments (current patients only). These are:
    • Bedford: Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
    • Concord: Monday through Friday, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
      Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    • Heater Road (Lebanon, NH): A physician is on-call at night and on weekends to evaluate urgent health issues.
      Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Pediatrics and Adults)
      Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Pediatrics only)
    • Keene: Physicians are available 24 hours a day by calling (603) 354-5400.
    • Lebanon: A physician is on-call at night and on weekends to evaluate urgent health issues.
      Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    • Lebanon General Pediatrics:
      Monday - Thursday, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
      Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    • Manchester: Urgent Appointments
      Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
      Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    • Nashua: Urgent Appointments
      Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

Urgent appointments during office hours

  • If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department.
    Note: Managed care patients should contact their insurance company within 24 hours of an Emergency Department visit.
  • If your health issue is not life-threatening, call the office of your doctor (see phone numbers at right) so we can evaluate your condition. We may schedule an office visit, or make arrangements for you to go directly to the most appropriate Emergency Department or health care facility.

Urgent appointments after office hours

  • If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department.
