Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center offers the Philips Lifeline Personal Response Service.
We know it is important for people to be independent when possible. With Philips Lifeline, anyone can summon help at any time, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You do this by pressing a small, waterproof button that you wear around your neck or wrist. When the signal is received at the Response Center, the well-trained Philips Lifeline specialist can talk directly with you through a speakerphone.
They can contact the identified person and/or the correct emergency services to come to your aid, if needed. This service provides peace of mind, freedom, reassurance, and security for our subscribers, their families and friends because they all know that help is just the push of a button away.
