Cystic fibrosis (also known as CF) is a genetic disorder that affects the respiratory, digestive, and reproductive systems. Over 30,000 children and adults in the United States have CF.

All babies born in New Hampshire are now required to have a newborn cystic fibrosis screening test.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Cystic Fibrosis Program is New Hampshire's most comprehensive CF treatment center. Our mission is to provide compassionate, responsive, collaborative care for people and their families affected by CF.

We see patients at DHMC Lebanon and at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester hosts clinics every month for existing cystic fibrosis patients. More appointment information. The clinic offers a variety of services, including:
