The DHMC Transplant Center has performed hundreds of successful kidney transplants. The DHMC Transplant Center has also become one of the leading pancreas transplantation centers in New England.
To improve the care of patients in the Manchester region, DHMC Transplant Center works closely with the leading nephrologists in Concord, Manchester, Nashua, and throughout New Hampshire. Through close cooperation with these excellent providers, we can provide patient centered care locally while ensuring world class transplant outcomes.
Nephrology Associates of Manchester and Concord (Drs. Charlat, Schlephorst, Friedenberg, and Cheung) have been long time partners with DHMC Transplant Center and provide coordinated care for patients with advanced kidney disease. They can be contacted at (603) 224-9995.
Nashua Nephrology (Drs. Fitzpatrick, Kert, Melendez Young, and Meyer) provide care for our patients in Nashua and elsewhere in the southern part of New Hamphsire. They can be contacted at (603) 882-2921.

Orientation and Evaluation Sessions
The first Monday of each month, the DHMC Transplant Center offers kidney and pancreas transplant orientation and evaluation sessions at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester. At these sessions, transplant physicians give a comprehensive overview of kidney or pancreas transplantation to groups of patients and their families.
Immediately after a kidney or pancreas transplant, a patient will receive post-operative care at DHMC in Lebanon. Long-term follow-up care is provided at D-H Manchester.
