The Milford Family Medicine practice provides comprehensive medical care to the entire family, including infants and the elderly. We value long-term relationships with our patients, and aim to have our patients participate in their plans of care. Such care includes physical exams, immunizations, routine screenings, and treatment of short-term injuries or illnesses.

If you are a new patient, you will select one of our providers to be your “primary care provider” (PCP). Your PCP is the person who is responsible for managing your care.

Our specialty care providers include visiting OB/GYN physicians and nurse midwives who offer routine and prenatal care for women. We also have quick and easy access to specialty care from within the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system, including the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) and Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
