Norris Cotton Cancer Center Hosts Breast Cancer NEW Information Night October 17

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month the Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC) will host a free Breast Cancer NEW Information Night on October 17, 2013, from 5 to 7 pm, in Rubin Building Auditorium E & F, DHMC, Lebanon, NH.
Doctors and researchers from NCCC’s Comprehensive Breast Cancer Program will give short presentations highlighting recent research, including:
- Heart Sparing Radiation Therapy
- Breast Surgery: When Less is More
- Wellbeing after Diagnosis
- Obesity and Cancer
- Planning Activity for Health
The community is invited to join us for healthy snacks, gifts, and for tours of our breast imaging facilities and a demonstration of tomosynthesis, our newest technology for breast cancer screening. Visitors will be able to talk directly with those conducting cutting-edge research to improve breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
