Sleep Disorders Center
The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Sleep Disorders Center, accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, is a six-bed facility that has proudly served Northern New England for over 30 years. We coordinate a network of regional affiliates throughout Northern New England.
At the Sleep Disorders Center, we provide consultation and testing for all varieties of sleep-related disturbances including, snoring, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, insomnia, parasomnias and circadian rhythm disorders.
Our mission at the Sleep Disorders Center is to:
- Provide high quality care to patients with sleep disorders.
- Excel in educating the public, physicians, medical students and other healthcare providers about sleep and sleep disorders.
- Advance the field of sleep medicine through research and other scholarly activity.
The Sleep Disorders Center is located at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Heater Road Building in Lebanon, NH.
Sleep Center staff
The Sleep Disorders Center is a multi-disciplinary program involving physicians and healthcare professionals from the fields of psychiatry, neurology, pulmonary medicine, pediatrics, behavioral medicine, polysomnography, and respiratory therapy.
In addition, the Sleep Disorders Center has a Sleep Medicine Fellowship program, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), which trains physicians from different disciplines in all aspects of sleep medicine.
