Let's Talk and Taste Nutrition

People will vote on their favorite [recipe]. Some of the items that we’ve tried out here, which got a nod from the employees, are now being served in our dining room.

Live Well/Work Well Health and Wellness Coach Heather Wolfe, MPH, RDN, LD, provides some healthy options you may want to try. To find out if these recipes pass the flavor test, she turns to the discriminating palates of DHMC employees.
