Meet Our Team
Cathleen Morrow, MD is an Associate Professor and Chair of Community and Family Medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine and DHMC. She has spent much of her career in the field of primary care clinical education and directs the Family Medicine curriculum in shared decision making, currently taught to all Geisel students. Her clinical and SDM interests intersect in her keen engagement in the practice of shared decision making across the full spectrum of primary care and its importance in acute, chronic, and preventive spheres.
Susan Z. Berg, MS, LGC joined the Center in 2006 after over 20 years of experience as a genetic counselor, working with patients and families faced with difficult decisions. She provides program oversight and collaborates with DHMC caregivers, administrators and staff to integrate informed choice tools and processes into clinical settings. She also meets with patients for decision support counseling.
Belinda Ray, MA joined the Center as a Health Coach in 2013 after having worked as a behavioral health care clinician and administrator for over 30 years in settings that have included community mental health, acute inpatient, and private practice. Prior to joining the Center she was Coordinator of the Craniofacial Anomalies Clinic at Dartmouth Hitchcock. She provides decision support counseling for patients facing a health care decision and advance care planning facilitation.
Patient Support Corp Coordinator
R. Tyler Dillehay joined the Center in 2015 after graduating from Dartmouth College as a neuroscience major and pre-health student. He was a member of the Patient Support Corps as a volunteer since 2014 and has helped to expand the program internally at Dartmouth-Hitchcock as well as externally to new students and community members at Dartmouth.
Alyssa S. Stevens, BS joined the Center in 2006. She has worked on research studies conducted by the Center and provides administrative support.
Senior Clinical Secretary
Michelle Huntoon joined the center in 2017. She has had various roles during her sixteen years at Dartmouth – Hitchcock. She worked as a Sr. Clinical Secretary in Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Anesthesiology, CHaD, and Norris Cotton Cancer Center. She was a Master Scheduler in Gastroenterology & Hepatology. She worked as a Licensed Nursing Assistant on the inpatient floor for ICCU. She greets patients, clinicians and the visitors coming into the center. She makes certain patients receive the decision support tools prescribed by their clinician. She plays an important role in the research and clinical activities in the center.
