Forty-two physicians with Dartmouth-Hitchcock ties, in 30 different specialties, were recently named to New Hampshire Magazine's list of the Top Doctors in New Hampshire, in the magazine's April edition, on newsstands now.
In January 2009, New Hampshire Magazine distributed more than 3,800 surveys to physicians throughout the state, asking them to nominate medical specialists in different categories who they would recommend to friends and family for treatment. The surveys were then compiled and the top vote getters named as the top doctors and leading physicians in their respective specialties.
"We are proud of all of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock physicians who are recognized in New Hampshire Magazine's Top Doctors issue, and when that recognition comes from so many fellow physicians, as well as patients, it makes the honor especially meaningful," said Tom Colacchio, President of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic.
