
Mindfulness for Wellness

Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgment. This four-part series will practice skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will practice a variety of mindfulness exercises and assignments to increase mindfulness in your daily life.
This class meets every Thursday, June 6 to June 27 (four sessions).
Note: Prior participation in "Introduction to Mindfulness" or "Mindfulness for Wellness" required.
