Here are some comments from previous participants:
I was very pleased to hear and learn more comprehensive information (input and output) regarding the components of balance: the sensory, visual, and equilibrium, especially the feet since mine are always cold.
I am planning to practice foot-work balance on a runner in my hallway, the exercise of walking with one foot in front of the other to improve stability through 50 hours of exercise on one type of movement.
One of the best presentations in every way that I have attended anywhere.
Balance recommendations (were helpful). I didn't realize I was unstable on the balls of my feet, and my "screening" indicated more work on strengthening and balance.
I thought the session was highly successful as all attendees participated verbally and facially. The group was very congenial and pleasant due to the PT's leadership skills and calm delivery.
