Support Groups
The Center has facilitated as well as peer-led support and education groups. Support groups provide a nurturing environment through confidential, non-judgmental expression, and connection with other participants and help you become more empowered to face the day-to-day struggles of living with a chronic condition, or caregiving for someone you love who is living with a chronic condition or dementia. Bereavement support is offered by a chaplain to comfort people grieving the loss of loved ones in their lives
