How to Disable Pop-Up Block for myD-H Video Visits

A web brower Pop-up blocker is a feature to prevent new internet windows from opening, and their general use is to block ads from unterrupting you wile visiting a page. Most browsers enable pop-up blocks by default but occasionaly you may need to disable your pop-up blocker to allow important information, like the download for myD-H video visits, to open in a new window.

Disable pop-up block in browsers on your desktop or laptop

Choose the browser you will be using for your video visit and follow the instructions to disable pop-up blockers on your desktop or laptop.

Chrome

1. Open your Chrome browser
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the three vertical dots, then select Settings
3. Scroll down to “Privacy and security” and select Site Settings
4. Select Pop-ups and Redirects
5. At the top of the menu, toggle the setting to Allowed to disable the pop-up blocker

Firefox

1. Open your Firefox browser
2. Select the Menu button, the select Options
3. Select Privacy & Security
4. Under Permissions, uncheck Block Pop-up Windows to disable the pop-up blocker

Edge

1. Open your Microsoft Edge browser
2. Select the Settings and more (***) button
3. Select Settings
4. Select the Privacy & Security ( ) button
5. Under Security, move the Block Pop-ups toggle to off to disable the pop-up blocker

Internet Explorer 11

1. Open your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser
2. Click the Tools (or Gear) icon at the top right of your browser
3. In the upper right-hand corner, click the Tools (or “gear”) icon, then select Internet options
4. Click the Privacy tab
5. Under Pop-up Blocker section, deselect the checkbox next to Turn on Pop-up Blocker
6. Click OK
7. Go to Settings, then select more > Settings > Privacy & security
8. Under Security, switch Block pop-ups to off to disable the pop-up blocker

Safari (Mac)

1. Open the Safari app on your mac
2. Choose Safari > Preferences, then click Websites
3. Select Pop-up Windows
4. Use the When visiting other websites drop-down menu and select Allow to disable the pop-up blocker

Disable pop-up block on your iPhone/iOS device

Safari for iOS

1. On your iOS device, open the Settings menu
2. Select Safari
3. Slide Block Pop-up’s to off (white) to disable pop-up blocking

Chrome for iOS

1. On your iOS device, open the Chrome app
2. Tap More > Settings
3. Tap Content Settings, then tap Block Pop-ups
4. Turn Block Pop-ups off to allow pop-ups

2. Tap More > Settings

4. Turn Pop-ups and Redirects on to allow pop-ups
