Please join us on Tuesday, July 16 from 5 to 7:30 PM for Workforce Challenges: When Mental Health Concerns Impact Employees and How Employers Can Help, a program in the 99 Faces Project series.

Mental health and substance use disorder impact our workforce, communities and families more than ever before. This 99 Faces program will explore the challenges employers face in addressing behavioral health and substance use in the workplace and methods for supporting employees who are facing those challenges.

Featured panelists include:

  • Stacey Chiocchio, Community Citizenship Manager for Hypertherm; President of the Board at the Upper Valley Heaven
  • Melissa Chase Levesque Folsom PsyD, MA, Live Well Work Well Primary Care; Assistant Professor of Psychiatry
  • Jackie Mitchell, Director of Operations at WS Badger
  • Matt McKenny, Member of Hypertherm’s Substance Use Disorder Task; Representative on the Governor's Recovery Friendly Workplace advisory council; Board member of Headrest
  • Tom Raffio, MBA, President & CEO of Northeast Delta Dental

Workforce Challenges will take place in Auditorium H at Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s main campus in Lebanon, NH beginning at 5 PM. 99 Faces Project artist, Lynda Michaud Cutrell, will be on hand to discuss the exhibit and will be available for tours from 5 to 5:45 pm. The program will then move into Auditorium H starting at 5:45 pm. Opening remarks will be made by John Broderick, Senior Director of External Affairs for Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Former NH Supreme Court Chief Justice. Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Aimee Giglio will moderate the panel.
