Active for Life Session 2

"Active for Life" is a total body workout for older adults, regardless of fitness level. Come prepared to improve your strength, endurance, mobility and balance. The exercises are a combination of aerobic, flexibility and resistance training, all done in a supportive, fun-filled environment!
This group meets every five Thursdays, March 21 to April 18 from 4 to 5pm.
