We continue to hear and learn more about sleep being critical to our brains and to our overall health. Many people, regardless of age, struggle with various aspects of sleep.  As we age, the quality of our sleep may diminish and can become more sensitive to our nighttime habits, certain medications and other factors. This session will focus on what is known about sleep in relation to aging, as well as suggestions for how we can become better sleepers.
