UVSC/ARC Music Together©: Generations — Become a Musical Grandfriend!
Music Together© is an internationally recognized early childhood music and movement curriculum where children (birth - 5 yrs) and the adults who love them engage in informal singing, chanting, moving, listening and instrument-playing activities that are developmentally appropriate for very young children. In Music Together© Generations, "Music Grandfriends" join the circle for the joyous music-making as well as for building meaningful interpersonal connections and musical relationships across the ages. This program is co-sponsored by the UPper Valley Music Center and the Aging Resource Center.
The class meets every Thursday from April 4 to June 6 (ten sessions) from 11 to 11:45 am.
Note: There is no cost for the older adults participating as "grandfriends." Materials are NOT included or required, but can be borrowed from the Aging Resource Center's library.
