VIRTUAL - Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgement. This series will involve practicing skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will practice a variety of mindfulness exercises and assignments to increase mindfulness in your daily life.
Prior participation in "Introduction to Mindfulness" is required.
For the class on 10/15, please have a penny handy. We will use it for one of the mindfulness exercises.
You will receive a zoom link for this class 60 minutes before the class starts. The zoom link will be sent directly to the email you registered with.
