Strategies for staying connected at home

Leader: Renee Pepin, Ph D

Please join us for this series focused on Staying Connected to the things that are most meaningful to us, particularly when it is difficult for us to leave home. Together we will clarify what is most important to you, discuss how to maintain social connections, and try new ways to do familiar things. Each week we will focus on practical strategies, brainstorm together, and review how our efforts to stay connected are going. People who participated in our previous Staying Connected sessions are welcome, and so are people who are totally new to the class.

We ask that you try your best to attend each session since we will build on the information from the previous weeks as we go along.

Class will be held on:

Thursday Dec 3 from 2:00-3:30

Thursday Dec 10 from 2:00-3:30

Thursday Dec 17 from 2:00-3:30

Thursday Jan 7 from 2:00-3:30

Thursday Jan 14 from 2:00-3:30

Thursday Jan 21 from 2:00-3:30

Thursday Jan 28 from 2:00-3:30

(No sessions Dec 24 and Dec 31)

If you sign up for December 3, that means you are registered for all these meetings.
