Multiple Sclerosis Update 2018
The Multiple Sclerosis Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock welcomes anyone with multiple sclerosis (MS) and their care partners to attend this free educational event to hear MS experts offer the latest informaiton on treatment, research and strategies for managing MS. Any person with MS is welcome to attend, regardless of whether or not you receive your care at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Registration is required and seats are limited so please register early! Registrations must be received by Friday, September 14, 2018.
