12:45 pm Roundtable Lunch: Learn, Share, Connect
Join a table of others living with epilepsy and learn about a topic that interests you. Each roundtable will be facilitated by a leader who will provide a brief presentation and lead a discussion. Group participation is highly encouraged! Final topics will be chosen based on interest so please select which topics you are interested in when registering.

Children's Activity Room
The Children’s Activity Room is available for families who wish to attend but need assistance with childcare. The activity room will provide a space for crafts, board games and other child-friendly activities (Legos, coloring). The activity room will be monitored by Epilepsy Foundation New England staff and volunteers.
If children are not toilet trained, we request that parents/caregivers attend to their child’s toileting needs. Medical care is not provided in the activity room. Children will join their parents during the lunch hour.
❒ Available to children of any age as long as parents/caregivers can attend to diaper changes/toileting assistance, if needed.
❒ Requires pre-registration – limited space (only 15 spots available); please note your desire to use this service when sending in your registration form.
When you arrive at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, please park in the Main Entrance parking lot. When you walk into the building and reach the rotunda area, turn right and walk down the hall to find Auditoria E/F.
Registration is required by May 27, 2019.
Registration fees: $5 for individual, $10 per family
Scholarships are available to cover the registration fee.
