Wellness Recovery Action Plan Series
Are you struggling with a mental health problem such as depression or anxiety? You are not alone. Increase your health and well-being by developing your personal action plan. Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) provides a structure for developing a personalized daily living plan with the goal of optimal emotional wellness and helping to feel more in control of feelings and life. WRAP is an effective tool for a variety of situations including, but not limited to, sadness, anxiety, panic attacks, diabetes and weight loss. Lindsay Dean and Lisa Lovell, WRAP Facilitators, use WRAP as part of their own self-management program and are excited to share it with you.
Saturdays, February 22-March 28, 1pm-5pm
$20/person for the series to cover materials and light refreshments
