LWWW Employee Cardio Strength Class
This is a total body workout utilizing strength and cardiovascular training while combining resistance, intervals, power plyometric, and endurance exercises.
Sign in on the attendance sheet every time you go to class!
A Par-Q form is required to be filled out before your first class. Please give to CCBA instructor.
All classes are for all levels. If a class seems too hard or too easy for you, discuss with your instructor and they will modify the exercises for you.
Instructors may change, as needed, without notice. Class schedule may be modified, based on level of participation.
Weather‐based cancellations: The decision for mid‐day classes will be made by 9:30am and an email will be sent to all participants.
