We’ve partnered with the D-H Heart and Vascular Center to bring you Heart Healthy recipes. Stop by and sample Couscous-Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps (from the American Heart Association) and Maple Roasted Squash Wedges.


Can’t get to the table? Want to preview the recipes? Log into ManageWell and sign up for the Recipe of the Month club under Activities, Eating Well. This way you’ll automatically receive all Cooking Up Health recipes from Heather each month the day before the tasting table.
