  • Any individual ages 6 months or older can get the COVID-19 vaccine in New Hampshire, regardless of the state you live in.
  • Any individual ages 5 and or older can get the COVID-19 booster shot in New Hampshire.

COVID-19 vaccination clinics for ages 12 and older are being held on various days at several Dartmouth Health locations.

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center

Ongoing vaccine appointments:

  • COVID-19 vaccines for ages 12 and older
    • Monday through Friday at Reception 5M
    • View specific times on myDH.
    • Registration is required.
  • Colburn Hill drive-thru site vaccine clinics for ages 12 and older
    • Monday and Tuesday: Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine only
    • Wednesday to Friday: Moderna COVID-19 vaccine only
    • Clinic Hours:
      • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday:
        8 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 3 pm
      • Thursday: 8 am to 11 am only

Registration is required for all vaccine clinics and appointments:

  • Patients can schedule their COVID-19 vaccination and booster appointments using their myDH account. Simply select "Schedule an appointment" from the menu, and then click the box that says "COVID-19 Vaccine."
  • If you do not have a myDH account, you can call 603-650-1818, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.

Please note that a parent or guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18 to get the vaccine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Concord, Manchester, and Nashua

COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots are available for ages 5 and older at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Concord, Manchester, and Nashua. Find clinics for ages 5 to 11.

Patients can schedule their vaccine directly using their myDH account or by calling the number listed for each location below.

Pediatric COVID-19 vaccination clinics (ages 5 to 11)

Dartmouth Health offers the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5 to 11.

This vaccine will help to protect our children, loved ones, and community members from COVID-19. All Dartmouth Health system members will continue to have opportunities for vaccine clinics for children. Please check this page often for updates about scheduling pediatric COVID-19 vaccines.

We also encourage our patients and families to use all local and state resources, including retail pharmacies, to get their COVID-19 vaccine.

Pediatric COVID-19 vaccination clinics (ages 6 months to 4 years)

Dartmouth Health locations will be offering the COVID vaccine to this youngest age group in special weekend clinics and during the week. Please check this site often or log in to your myDH account for vaccination locations, dates and times.

Note: Due to limited supplies of vaccines for this age group, it may take a few weeks to increase the number of appointments available. We will be increasing the number of appointments as quickly as possible over the next several weeks. Additional vaccines for this age group are being made available at some public health departments and pharmacies.
