- Any individual ages 6 months or older can get the COVID-19 vaccine in New Hampshire, regardless of the state you live in.
- Any child ages 6 months to 5 years will get a third shot of the vaccine, which will be a bivalent formula.
- The Pfizer vaccine for this age group has 3 vaccines as part of the full primary series.
- The Moderna vaccine for this age group includes 2 primary vaccines and 1 booster shot.
- Any individual ages 5 and or older can get the COVID-19 booster shot in New Hampshire.

Registration is required for all vaccine clinics and appointments:
- Patients can schedule their COVID-19 vaccination and booster appointments using their myDH account. Simply select "Schedule an appointment" from the menu, and then click the box that says "COVID-19 Vaccine."
- If you do not have a myDH account, you can call 603-650-1818, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
Please note that a parent or guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18 to get the vaccine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
