Summary

This study is for people who are hospitalized for heart problems. The purpose is to see whether providing an audio recording of the instructions that are given to people going home after a hospital stay helps make the instructions more understandable. The study also hopes to determine whether the recordings of the instructions help people to better manage their care once they are home from the hospital.
