This study is for people age 65 and older who have had a heart attack or have heart failure and have not received the flu vaccine for the current flu season. The purpose of this study is to see if a high-dose flu vaccine is able to safely reduce heart or lung-related problems compared to the standard-dose flu vaccine. Half the people in this study will get high-dose flu vaccine. The other half will get a standard-dose flu vaccine. This is a blinded study, which means participants will not know which dose they receive.
