We provide care for adults in Bedford, Lebanon, Nashua, and Keene, New Hampshire. One of our providers also sees patients in Brattleboro, Vermont. For more information on our locations, see Appointments and Referrals.
DHMC family HIV program
Since 1995, we have served women, children, youth, and families infected with, affected by, and at risk for HIV in Vermont and New Hampshire through our Family HIV Program.
Mental health services
Mental health services include evaluation, individual, couple and family psychotherapy, psychiatric consultation, information and referrals. If you need more assistance, you may be referred to another department or agency that provides drug/alcohol treatment, case management, pastoral counseling, support groups, or emergency food and shelter.

Knowing how to prevent HIV infection can be difficult for those who have other pressing issues in their lives. Our Comprehensive Risk Counseling and Services program helps people learn how to adjust their lifestyles to better prevent transmitting or acquiring the disease. We can help you identify and manage the risk factors in your life and your mental health needs, and we provide ongoing support and referral services.
Translators are available at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester. Please let us know if you will need translation services when making your appointment.
We accept most types of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance we will help you apply for assistance through the Ryan White CARE Program. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester patients can also get help through our Financial Assistance Policy.
You can get help paying for medications with the Ryan White CARE Program and other consumer assistance groups.
To renew a prescription, must call at least one week before your medicine runs out to ensure that the pharmacy has it in stock.
