When you visit us, we will evaluate your pain or injury and provide consultation on the best plan for treatment.

New patients

At your first meeting with a hospitalist, we will perform some testing and make an evaluation of your condition. The hospitalist communicates with your primary care physician about your medical history, medications and plan of care.

Returning patients

If you are a returning patient, you may use myD-H to communicate securely with your providers, request or change appointments, review your medical record and more.
