Hyperbaric Medicine Appointments and Referrals

New patients

In most cases, you will be referred to the Hyperbaric Medicine department by your primary care provider. Some health insurance policies require that you have a referral from your family doctor (primary care provider, or PCP) to make an appointment. Please review your health insurance coverage before calling for an appointment.

Returning patients

If you are a returning patient, you may use myD-H to communicate securely with your providers, request or change appointments, review your medical record and more.
