About Visitors

You can have as many visitors as you wish during your labor and delivery, as long as they do not interfere with the birthing process. You can also opt to limit your visitors to a specific group of people (such as immediate family).

If a child under the age of 12 will be present at the birth, we ask that someone other than your spouse or birth partner be there to look after them, as we are not set up for child care.

We have fold-out couches in each room for a family member who wishes to stay overnight. In the very rare case that you may be placed in a double room, we will be unable to allow visitors to stay overnight.

There is quiet time from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. every day in the Birthing Pavilion. This provides special time for the new family to nap or spend skin-to-skin time with the new baby.
