Well, I am a D-H Employee (going into my 16th year). I am working from home. Yesterday I get a phone call from a nurse on my PCP Dr Min's team. Dr Min wanted to check in with me to see how I was doing with all that is going on. If I needed anything, a prescription re-filled, etc. That is why I Love Dr Min & her team. To have her team take time of their day to check in on her patients is HUGE! What a great feeling.. Love D-H & proud to be an employee.

You are stronger than you think.

We wanted to share a message to all patients and staff that have been driving by or parking in the garage! We felt a quote from Winnie the Pooh was appropriate.

I just wanted to thank everyone who are screening people and employees coming into the building, helping to keep everyone inside safe from infection. I also want to send a shout out to the people who work in the cafeteria who changed their hours so that you could have expanded hours during this. Not having to make dinner whether I work days or nights has been nice.

Thank you to all throughout the D-H organization!

I feel so incredibly thankful to work for such a caring and compassionate organization! I am lucky enough to share my time between being at the Lebanon campus and at Cheshire Medical Center] in Keene. Having been a Nurse in Pediatrics and switching over to the IT side of things 2 years ago, I want to send my immeasurable amount of thanks and appreciation to all those that are working on the frontlines! I am forever grateful for all of you and cannot express that enough! Although we are in unprecedented times, I have witnessed some of the most caring and compassionate acts throughout or organization and in the communities - it is the light in the midst of darkness! I feel that we will come out of this stronger and with more love and compassion than ever before - Thank you to ALL throughout the entire D-H Organization!!

I just wanted to thank the entire APD Sleep Team for all of their patience over the past few weeks with redeployment to other areas. Hopefully the move to Tele-health visits will bring at least a little normalcy back to our service.

I just want to thank the entire Cardiopulmonary team for all of their help over the past few weeks. We were down one full-time staff member before COVID-19, but as always you have risen to the challenge of helping me with staffing. Thanks so much.

With a huge amount of respect I would like to applaud some women who were forced to do what they could to make up for the hours they lost from the decline of patient load in their own clinics since the disruption of Covid-19. These women have put themselves in the front lines [by] becoming door greeters and runners with great courage and determination to overcome and continue to provide and protect for themselves and their families. Even when some of them had underlying concerns for their own health , they chose faith over fear!

Thank you for being the best Medical Assistant role models, [and] going above and beyond yourselves to be there for others. [You are] true Heroes in overcoming the enemy!

Thank you to all of you who are keeping us safe. Really appreciate all that your are doing. I have created a make shift office including dual screens to keep doing my job. I even added some healthy accents to my desk with V8 monitor stands and Cranberry Sauce Laptop holders. Thanks you for being on the front line, taking care of those in need and just being you! Thank you Help Desk / User Support

I wanted to give a huge shot out to our User Support Analyst, Christine. Christine went above and beyond with my DHSM ticket. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone making sure she understood my request, explained my different options and offered a work around. She didn’t just spend a lot of time with me on the phone but also professionally handled and defused my frustration which was extremely impressive, given the number of frustrated folks she had already talked with in the last few weeks since some many employees have moved to remote work in such a short amount of time. Although I didn’t love the answer, because of Christine’s confidence, her explanation of the why and genuinely wanting to make my job easier from home – I was fine to use the work around and move on. Although our phone call ended, little did I know that Christine continued to research my issue, between fielding other calls! She reached out a few days later to let me know she discovered an even better solution! Christine clearly thrives at times when her department is needed most and has a passion to be of service to other and innovative by challenging the status quo. I'd like to extend my appreciation for her excellent work, along with the rest of the team in the Help Desk/User Support department, to let them know they are truly making a difference during this unsettling time.

Dear Health Care Worker, Thank you for always trying to help others in need. If it wasn’t for you guys a lot of people would be really sick. If it wasn’t for Firefighters some people wouldn't have made it out of fires or made it to the hospital. Thank you. What has to be broken before you can use it?
