Thank you D-HH Heroes!

We are proud of our Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health staff, who are on the frontline of this pandemic. From caregivers, nurses, and providers to the staff behind the scenes, they are our heroes and are doing all they can to keep us safe during this extraordinary time.

Thank You, Healthcare Workers!

It was really nice to be able to get back into the operating room and take care of our patients.

We would like to send our greatest thanks to all the doctors, nurses and D-HH staff that helped and took great care of [our family member] during this difficult and uncertain time. We had all the faith and trust that he was at the right place, receiving the best care he could get, and because of all of you he was able to recover. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Barbara has been everywhere during this pandemic, literally working on the front lines of safe and efficient care. She and the General Ambulatory Services team have stepped up to the plate, rolled with the punches and developed and implemented countless new workflows for COVID-19 safety. The "can do" attitude of this extraordinary team has brought us: hotline resources for the public, occupational medicine, and putting in testing orders and follow up for the ED team. They implemented the door screeners, 24/7 program re-assignment for over 250 staff and other staff match support. They helped clinics change scheduling templates for the integration of teleheatlh into every day practice and implemented waiting room reconfiguration [...]. Thanks for answering every call to action with enthusiasm!

A mystery rock

I have been working the COVID-19 testing tent since testing began in Manchester. Last week when working my tent mates and I found these amazing inspiring rocks around the tent site. I wanted to share these for everyone to see the support that we are receiving from our patients and the community.

What I have been most impressed with in terms of our organization's response to the COVID-19 pandemic has not just been the skilled coordinated leadership across the organization, but that this crisis has revealed a whole new cadre of leaders. These people have worked tirelessly to meet this new challenge with selfless collaboration, outstanding patient care and unwavering dedication to provider safety.
