The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Video Conferencing Services department provides video conferencing, distance learning, web meeting, and streaming video and audio services for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock health care system and its affiliated organizations.
Our video conferencing services range from Grand Rounds lectures to point-to-point and multi-site meetings. We also provide web conferencing (WebEx®), 24/7 archived lectures via the web, and other services.
Scheduling a video conference
If you're a Dartmouth-Hitchcock employee or affiliate, you can request a video conference or live stream/recording. If you need a list of rooms and coordinators, please email us.
Web conferencing (WebEx®)
We offer the WebEx web conferencing tool to Dartmouth-Hitchcock employees and affiliates. Once you've established a WebEx account, you can conduct online meetings right from your desk. The WebEx web conferencing tool includes such features as video conferencing, chat, and screen sharing. To request a WebEx account, please email us.

Grand Rounds recordings
At Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, we record Grand Rounds lectures to support the Center for Learning and Professional Development's Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Offices.
