Parking for Your Appointment
Your appointment letter will suggest which parking location is best for your appointment.
Follow signs to the main entrance of the Faulkner Building and Parking Garage. The Parking Garage has a direct entrance to the fourth level of the Faulkner Building.
Parking When Visiting Patients in the Hospital
Follow signs to North Entrance Visitor Parking.
Note: All DHMC entrances are locked daily between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. except for the Emergency Department entrance, which remains open.
Handicap Parking Spaces
A number of handicap accessible parking space are available at the Main Entrance, North Entrance, and Parking Garage. Handicap spaces in the Parking Garage are located on every level next to the elevators.
Parking assistance is available at two entrances:
- The Faulkner Building Entrance, from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday.
- The Main Entrance, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The parking attendant will park your car for you and get it after your appointment.
So that we may provide the best service for patients needing this help, we ask that you do not use assisted parking unless you meet the guidelines noted above.
Wheelchairs are available at all patient entrances. Wheelchair assistance and escorts are available at the Main Entrance and Faulkner Building Entrance for those who may have difficulty walking.
To protect your safety, we discourage the use of wheelchairs in the Parking Garage.
