Katie has been with Connected Care since 2016. She focuses much of her time and energy on the evolving telemedicine industry, as well as identifying areas within the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) network and the communities we serve that could benefit from the use of telemedicine services. In addition to the Outpatient Virtual Visit service line, Katie oversees several inpatient and ER-based acute and on-demand Tele-Specialty service lines.

Shelley joined the team in 2017 and is your main point of contact during and post implementation of your service. She facilitates the intake process, project team meetings, mock consults and trainings needed to set up a service, and provides ongoing monitoring and support of the service after it is live.
Brittany is the newest member of our team, and supports the Acute TeleNeurology, On-Demand TelePsychiatry, TeleICN, and Outpatient Virtual Visit service lines. Brittany keeps the team organized and on track and provides support by producing and maintaining service line and training materials, training staff, monitoring usage, and tracking data.
Fred has been with Connected Care since its inception in 2012 and supports all of Connected Care’s service lines. He ensures that hardware and software is installed and tested during the implementation process, creates and maintains user accounts, provides technology training, and troubleshoots any technical issues that arise.
