Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Bedford Family Medicine move
Bedford Family Medicine patients, please note that we have temporarily moved from Bedford to Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester, 100 Hitchcock Way, Manchester, effective September 11.
As a Family Medicine patient, you will select one of our providers to be your primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP will coordinate your care with other departments.
At your first meeting with a family medicine provider, we will perform some testing and evaluate your current condition. We'll discuss your medical history, medications, and plan of care.
We will also:
- Provide you with information about the New Hampshire Immunization Information System (NHIIS) vaccine registry
- Discuss your participation in the registry
If you are a returning patient, you may use myDH to communicate securely with your providers, request or change appointments, review your medical record, and more.
